The PDP methodology is an important part of our change management approach both internally with our team and externally with our clients. It provides an excellent framework to understand both readiness for change as well as a person’s natural self and predicting stress behavior. Once each individual’s profile is understood, team dynamics may be assessed using a sociogram exercise and used to see how best to interact and avoid unnecessary conflict.
